The incredibly kind and attentive staff, particularly Francesca at reception, went above and beyond to assist my elderly parents, ensuring their comfort and happiness throughout our stay. The well-maintained rooms, complete with a cozy sitting area and a delightful terrace, provided a perfect retreat after exploring the charming local dining options like Pizzeria Avana and Ristorante Sail Inn, both just a short walk away. Despite some minor hiccups, the overall ambiance, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality truly made this hotel a hidden gem, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone seeking a delightful getaway.
